<strong>House Rules</strong><br />
*There is a Peloton bike studio in the master bedroom you will need your own Peloton account to access Peloton classes.&nbsp;<br />
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.&nbsp;Pool service is Friday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.<br />
*Pets considered&nbsp;<br />
*Pack &amp; Play and Highchairs - $40 each<br />
*Pool or SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in)<br />
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am<br />
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.<br />

Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store.
