The kitchen is fully equipped for a discerning chef and is complete with excellent stainless steel appliances, gas range and professionally organized for your convenience . Dine-in seating for five is available on the kitchen island.&nbsp;The formal dining area is an extension of the living room and seats eight.<br />

<strong>Home Rules</strong>

<li>Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.</li>
<li>Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day.&nbsp;Service days have the possibility of changing.</li>
<li>A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.</li>
<li>This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.</li>
<li>For your safety and security, there is a ring door bell located at the side gate, above the garage&nbsp;and at&nbsp;the front door.&nbsp;</li>

<strong>We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience.</strong>&nbsp;Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />

<strong>Important Note:</strong> We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
