Explore the grounds with its fire pit, golf putting green, bocce ball court,&nbsp;outdoor bbq, living &amp; dining area, and pool loungers.&nbsp;A backyard pre-historic friend awaits you in the backyard.<br />

This is an open concept home that utilizes space and focus areas to make the home feel connected but still have its own character.<br />
Large ceiling fans to keep you cool as you relax around the living area seating with a smart TV and sound bar mounted on a statement black brick fireplace (not for use).<br />
<br />
Another statement piece you spot is the kitchen&#39;s blue island, which will bring you and your friends and family around for yummy food. There is plenty of preparation space and stainless steel appliances. Windows to the yard make you feel connected to the yard.<br />

It is easy to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner at the 6 seat dining table with its geometric lighting setting the mood.<br />

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, tv, and a futon couch.<br />
The second guest &quot;tour room&quot; bedroom has 2 twin beds.<br />

Cook out and dine at any of the two eating areas, gather at the fire pit, or relax in the sparkling pool. Want more? There is a bocce ball court, putt putt course, and say hi to this home&#39;s very own Dinosaur! Be kind to Dino, he is pre-historic not to be played with.<br />

*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed* &nbsp;<br />
*Pack &amp; Play and Highchairs - $40 each<br />
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.&nbsp;Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.<br />
*No pets allowed<br />
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.<br />

This rental&nbsp;property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.<br />

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
