Property Description

We OWN and manage 9properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 9 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 3 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

This is an amazing property approximately 1 mile from the TPC where the Waste Management Phoenix Open is played.

INSIDE SPACE:

Inside, there is over 1850 sf of living space stylishly designed for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The master bedroom will feature a king-size bed and fabulous remodeled shower for 2. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have chic queen beds and the 4th bedroom has twin-size daybeds that can be used to sleep an extra 2 people in a pinch (3rd pic with orange pillows). We also provide a high-end King sleeper sofa in the game room that can be pulled out if needed. All mattresses are new and high-quality. You will love sliding under the freshly ironed, 100% cotton linens on the beds, and we always provide luxury bath towels, too!

There are 6 brand new flat screen HDTV throughout, (55' in the master, 40' in each of the queen bedrooms and outside patio, and a 65' in the great room). We also have a Foosball table for entertainment.

OUTSIDE LIVING:

This backyard includes new outdoor furnishings as well as an outdoor pavilion/dining area. The private HEATED pool is a treat to dip into after lounging poolside. The backyard also offers heaters, a bbq, fire-pit, and professional landscape lighting. The is also a pool safety fence to keep your kids safe.

The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests

There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want

The home approximately 1 mile from exclusive Kirkland commons and the new Scottsdale Quarter shopping center featuring many unique stores and high-end dining options. It is also located a few blocks from the 27-hole, world-class Kirkland golf course, and a short walk to the beautiful park. Grocery, pharmacy, deli, Starbucks, etc. Also less than 1 mi from home.

Pets under 50 pounds or less are allowed and we charge an additional $100 pet cleaning fee.


To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

We charge an extra $30 per day per person for over 6 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, and wear and tear on the property. We list it as able to sleep up to 8 guests but that is assuming that 2 are infants and will sleep in pack-n-plays. Bed total is as follows:

50% payment due at time of booking and remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software fees. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
