Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 4 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

This amazing property is approximately 1 mile from the TPC where the Waste Management Phoenix Open is played. This property is NOT child-friendly as we do not have a pool fence or kids' toys. It is in a cul de sac and very serene property.

This gorgeous home has a resort backyard complete with an outdoor kitchen, saline pool, and dining area. The heated pool, citrus-filled trees, and beautiful native plants that keep the hummingbirds visiting all day long. Inside the light-filled home, we feature a modern European-styled kitchen with an induction cooktop and quality cookware. Plenty of doors and windows throughout the home add to the indoor/outdoor feel.

Inside, there are over 2500 sf of living space with contemporary decor/furnishings that keep your comfort and enjoyment in mind. 2 of the 3 bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the 3rd offers 2 twin beds. All mattresses and bedding are brand new and high-quality! We have large smart TV's in the family room and in each bedroom.

As with all of our homes, this home features 100% cotton linens and towels, as well as top-quality plush mattresses. The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests
Outdoor grill
There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want
Foil, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and storage containers
Toilet paper and paper towels
Keurig, full-size coffee maker, coffee grinder and tea kettles
Multiple towels (bath, beach, and hand) provided for each guest
Bathroom essentials - shampoo/conditioner/blow dryer..etc..

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

We charge an extra $30 per day per person for over 6 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies and wear and tear on the property. We list it as able to sleep up to 8 guests but that is assuming that 2 are infants and will sleep in pack-n-plays. If 8 adults, then we would provide 2 airbeds.

50% payment due at time of booking and remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software fees. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
