Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and manage 9properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 9 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 3 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

Inside, there is over 2850 sf of living space with contemporary decor/furnishings that keep your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

3 of the bedrooms feature king-size beds with brand new high-quality mattresses. The 4th has a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has 2 sets of twin-size bunk beds (4 beds total) for the kids with the same high-quality mattresses. We know you will love sliding under the freshly ironed, 100% cotton linens on the beds, and we always provide luxury bath towels, too!

There are 8 brand new flat screen hdtvs throughout, (48' in the master, 40' in each of the remaining bedrooms, 65' in the great room and 60' in the living room) as well as foosball and pool table for entertainment.

This backyard includes chic outdoor furnishings as well as an outdoor dining area. The private HEATED pool is a treat to dip into after lounging poolside. On the east side of the patio, there is a huge 13-foot cantilever which provides tons of additional shade if wanted. The is also a pool safety fence to keep your kids safe. The backyard also offers tower heaters, a bbq, wood-burning fire-pit, and professional landscape lighting.

Take a stroll along the greenbelt of the Westin Kierland golf resort right to the park. The home is less than one mile from exclusive Kierland commons and the new Scottsdale Quarter shopping center featuring many unique stores and high-end dining options. It is also located adjacent to the 27-hole, world-class Kierland golf course, a short walk to the park. Grocery, pharmacy, deli, Starbucks, etc. Also less than 1 mi from home. Location, Location, Location!

The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests

There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

We charge an extra $30 per day per person for over 8 guests (max 12 guests) to cover additional linens, towels, supplies and wear and tear on the property.

50% payment due at time of booking and remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software fees. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
