Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 4 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

Located in popular North Scottsdale and within minutes of the best shopping, dining and world-class golf. Close by is Scottsdale Quarter mall, Kierland Commons mall, Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, West World, Phoenix Open, Tournament Players Club and Talking Stick Casino. Only 15 minutes from the estate is Historic Old Town Scottsdale and world-class shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

THE INSIDE SPACE:

The professionally designed and remodeled kitchen has both the novice and skilled chef in mind with gourmet Thermador appliances/6 burner gas range with griddle. Two ensuite bedrooms (each with a king-sized bed) are conveniently located on the main floor. Gorgeous hardwood winding staircase leads to the large primary master suite (with unique artful screen to master balcony) as well as two other bedrooms.

The house has 10 HD Smart TV’s throughout the home where guests can enjoy their favorite shows via Cable TV or streaming video anywhere they please. The rooms are equipped with their individual speakers so music can be played anywhere.

The Billiard room has a beautiful custom-built pool table next to the fireplace seating area with a 70” smart TV.

The large Media/game room has a built-in bar with mini-fridge and bar sink, foosball table and large game table with dry-erase boards for keeping score or kids drawings. It is equipped with a brand new 80” TV and amazing sound system that is wifi/Bluetooth enabled which can be played throughout the house. It has 2 sets of french doors leading to a large outdoor patio.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

• MASTER BEDROOM upstairs: Master Suite; King Bed, En-suite Master Bath, 65" TV, large walk-in closet, electric fireplace. Sleeps 2. Balcony/outdoor seating overlooking the backyard with a spiral staircase to the yard/hot tub area.

• BEDROOM 2 upstairs: Twin Bunk Beds, shared hall bath, 42" TV, Sleeps 2.

• BEDROOM 3 upstairs: 2 Twin Beds (or can be arranged as king, if requested) Large enough to add an air bed or pack-n-play, good sized walk-in closet, shares hall bath, 50" TV, Sleeps 2.

• BEDROOM 4 main floor: King Bed, En-suite Full Bath, 50" TV, Sleeps 2

• BEDROOM 5 main floor: King Bed, ensuite 3/4 Bath located off of media room (shower only-shared with bunk room) , 50" TV, Sleeps 2. French doors to outside patio and pool view/access.

• BEDROOM 6 (office) main floor: King Bed, powder room and/or shared bath with BR#4, Sleeps 2

• BUNKROOM 7 main floor: 400 square foot room with 50" television, 2 twin bunks with trundles, shares bath, 55" TV, Sleeps 6 (in beds) located near media room

OUTSIDE LIVING

The private sparkling heated SALINE pool (newly renovated in Jan 2017 and heating included in price) is a treat to dip into after lounging poolside.

The pool is 3’ deep at the shallow end and 5’ deep buy the waterfall. There are 2 heating features used for heating the pool:

Heat pump – Runs during the day (9 am to 5 pm) and will keep the water temperature approximately 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. There is no charge for this but the outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run.
Propane Heater – If you would like to heat the pool warmer than what the Heat pump can achieve, then we charge $150 a day for this. We can get the pool temperature to approximately 85 degrees using this option.
The resort-style grassy backyard includes chic outdoor furnishings, covered patios, courtyard, 8-person hot tub, games (3-hole putting green, shuffleboard, corn hole, ping pong, Spikeball), swing set, BBQ, fire-pit and a new 70-inch TV. There is also a massive teak outdoor eating table that will seat up to 12.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE:

* Kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests

* Outdoor grill

* There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want

* Foil, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and storage containers

* Toilet paper and paper towels

* Keurig, full-size coffee maker, coffee grinder and tea kettles

* Multiple towels (bath, beach, and hand) provided for each guest

* Bathroom essentials - shampoo/conditioner/blow dryer..etc..

* 3 car garage and free parking in the driveway

NOISE RULES: A $1,000 refundable excessive noise deposit is required. Excessive Noise violations are in effect from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The entire deposit will be refunded to the guest following their stay if:

No excessive noise incidents are reported by the properties' neighbor's
No excessive noise violations are issued by the City
For the first noise violation, the guest authorizes a $500 charge from this security deposit. For a second violation, the guest authorizes the remaining $500 to be deducted from this deposit and it will result in immediate eviction from the property. Kids playing and making noise in the pool during the day is fine.

If you feel that your party may have loud and obnoxious guests who like to yell and scream, please do NOT book this property as it will not be tolerated.

No Bachelor parties allowed
Must be at a minimum of 30 years old to book our property
To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.

The city of Scottsdale ordinances must be adhered to. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s)

We do not accept Paypal, Venmo, or cash payments

50% payment due at time of booking and remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival

We charge an additional $100 per person per night fee for over 14 guests to a maximum of 18 guests

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software fees. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
