Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 4 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

If you are planning a trip to Scottsdale with a large group of people, then this is the place for you. It was designed specifically to accommodate large groups where there are things to do for EVERYONE! Close by is Scottsdale Quarter Mall, Kierland Commons mall, Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, West World, Phoenix Open, Tournament Players Club, and Talking Stick Casino. Only 15 minutes from the estate is Historic Old Town Scottsdale and world-class shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

This property is on an acre lot and has 3 structures 1) MAIN HOUSE, 2) ATTACHED CASITA and 3) a brand new DETACHED BUNK-HOUSE (must see!) with a communal bath and 2 separate dressing areas, which is the first of its kind here in Scottsdale! These 3 structures must ALL be rented together.

There is 5700 square feet of living space and multiple outdoor areas with activities for everyone in your group. Amenities include Newly renovated Heated pool (included in price), travertine pavers that do not get too hot, hot tub, commercial swing set, and outdoor fitness equipment, outdoor kitchen, shuffleboard, foosball, sport court, multiple fire pits, horseshoe pit, outdoor pool table w/ ping pong conversion, a second ping pong table, mini-roulette/blackjack gaming table, hammock, corn-hole pit, and fruit trees (key lime, lemon, orange, pomegranate, grapefruit).

The MAIN HOUSE has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features a high-ceilinged large open great room with a huge/deep restoration leather sectional for lounging and watching/playing games. There are 10 50"-70" smart TV’s throughout the property, 2 of which are outside. Also a DVR for recording your favorite shows..

• MASTER SUITE: King bed with ensuite bathroom (large garden tub, separate large shower, separate water closet large walk-in master closet and can easily accommodate extra air beds or pack n play's

ATTACHED CASITA: (with separate backyard access) is 600+sf with 2 private rooms (a living room and bedroom) and a separate bathroom with shower. The media area has a mini-fridge.

BUNKHOUSE is 1400 sf and a first-of-its-kind concept in Scottsdale that will make you feel like you are going to camp with your friends as you did when you were young, but this time with luxury!

The main area of the BUNKHOUSE has a leather reclining-sectional and lounging area featuring a 70" HD smart TV and mini-kitchen featuring quartz counters, full-sized refrigerator, bar sink, and microwave drawer. There is a 12 foot wide sliding glass door that opens up to the new pergola, fire pit, ping-pong table, outdoor fitness equipment, and sports court. All of this is adjacent to our feature wall with an enormous one-of-a-kind 12-foot tall, custom bunk-wall housing 4 queen beds. For more beds, we have 4 twin beds that can convert into Kings upon request. We also have a handmade ship ladder to an upper play loft for the kids.

The communal bathroom will blow your old camp bathroom away! It features a custom, quartz-counter configuration as well as 3 gorgeous oversized frosted-glass showers, 3 sinks, 2 private dressing areas, and 2 separate water closets.

POOL: The pool is 3’ deep at the shallow end and 8’ deep buy the waterfall. There are 2 heating features used for heating the pool:

Heat pump – Runs during the day (9 am to 5 pm) and will keep the water temperature approximately 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. There is no charge for this but the outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run.
Propane Heater – If you would like to heat the pool warmer than what the Heat pump can achieve, then we charge $150 a day for this. We can get the pool temperature to approximately 85 degrees using this option.

The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests

There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want

NOISE RULES: A $1,000 refundable excessive noise deposit is required. Excessive Noise violations are in effect at all hours of the day. The entire deposit will be refunded to the guest following their stay if:

No excessive noise incidents are reported by the properties' neighbor's
No excessive noise violations are issued by the city of Scottsdale
For the first noise violation, the guest will be charged $500 from this security deposit. For a second violation, the guest will be charged the remaining $500 and it will result in immediate eviction from the property.

Guests playing and making noise in the pool during the day is fine as well as music that is at a reasonable volume level.

If you feel that your party may have loud and obnoxious guests who like to yell and scream, please do NOT book this property.

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.

50% payment due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

We charge an additional $100 per person per night fee for over 17 guests up to 24 guests.

The pool is 3’ deep at the shallow end and 8’ deep buy the waterfall. There are 2 heating features used for heating the pool:

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software fees. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.

This property complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals.

The city of Scottsdale ordinances must be adhered to. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s)

The property can NOT be used as a banquet space or event center.
