Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 4 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.

Our Modern Compound will sleep 19 in guests in their own bed (10 kings, 4 queens, and 5 twins) and up to 24 guests with 6 en-suites. We recommend that children staying at the property be over 10 years of age as we do NOT have a pool fence and it is not as child-friendly as some of our other properties.

This property is on an acre lot and has 2 structures, the newly renovated main house, and a brand new detached guest house. It is a great venue to be used for company meetings, retreats, or photoshoots.

There are 7000 square feet of living space and multiple outdoor areas with activities for everyone in your group. Amenities include a newly constructed heated saline pool with a hot tub (HEATING INCLUDED IN PRICE), travertine pavers that stay cooler than the concrete pavers that most rentals have, whimsical shaded hammocks, 135" projection TV, an outdoor kitchen, and a huge outdoor cabana, outdoor shower, corn hole, ping-pong table, driving golf cage, putting/chipping green and more. Indoors, there is a hydraulic pool table that easily converts into a dining room table that seats 10. The home is equipped with a Sonos sound system with speakers throughout both structures as well as the backyard. And there are phone charging stations placed in every room so you can always have a full charge.

MAIN HOUSE: Has 6 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom plus a separate loft with a King sleeper sofa, plus another sleeping area with a set of twin bunks. There are 7 bathrooms in the main house. It features a high-ceilinged large open great room with multiple seating options for lounging and watching games and movies on the two 75” side by side TVs to watch games simultaneously. There are 12 50″-75″ smart TV’s throughout the property, plus a 12' projection TV in the guest house. Also, it has a DVR for recording your favorite shows.

BEDROOM 1 (Master Suite): 1 king bed + 1 king sleeper sofa. Includes a separate large shower, separate water closets large walk-in master closet, and can easily accommodate extra air beds.

BEDROOM 2 (Courtyard): 1 king bed with en-suite bath and shower

BEDROOM 3 (Courtyard) ): 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king with its own bathroom, tub, and shower

BEDROOM 4 (North wing): 1 king bed with en-suite bath and shower

BEDROOM 5 (Upstairs): 1 king bed with en-suite shower

BEDROOM 6 (Upstairs): 1 king bed with its own bathroom and shower

BEDROOM 7 (Upstairs): 1set of twin bunks outside of bedroom 6. This is not a complete bedroom but does have its own closet space.

BEDROOM 8 (Loft): 1 king sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the front door and across from the pool table area is a spiral staircase leading up to the getaway loft. This fun semi-private area will have games, lounge chairs, and a king sleeper sofa. The loft opens on top overlooking the foyer to one side and a great room and backyard on the other.

GREAT ROOM: Our spacious great room features plenty of seating for large groups and a 16-foot wall of glass/doors highlighting the resort backyard. This room has 2- 75” smart televisions and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room.

KITCHEN: Spacious professional kitchen can easily accommodate large groups, featuring a 48” Thermador gas cooktop, double wall oven, and large 32” tower refrigerator, and coordinating 32” tower freezer, dual dishwashers, wine cooler, and an ice maker. The North kitchen door leads to a pergola/outdoor kitchen area equipped with a large grill and cooking area.

BUTLERS PANTRY: Has an additional subzero for overflow beverages, food, and also a water cooler.

DINING: We have an outdoor table that seats 10. Inside, the kitchen island seats 7, the dining table seats 6 and the pool table that converts to a dining table can accommodate another 10.

POWDER ROOM: Entering this side of the home and just past the dining room you will find a gorgeous textural modern powder room with dramatic accent lighting featuring a back-lit mirror and floating countertop.

Behind a sliding barn door, you will find the group bathroom which has a common sink/vanity area, situated between separate shower/toilet rooms. (2 showers, 2 toilets)

GUEST-HOUSE: It is 2200 square feet and has 2 retracting pocket doors that provide a 24' opening to the structure. Inside, we have brand new Restoration Hardware furniture so you can comfortably relax when hanging out. The lounging area features a 75″ HD smart TV and a 135" PROJECTION SCREEN that can automatically be dropped in front of the 75" TV for watching movies and games and be seen while sitting in the pool.

The structure also has a mini-kitchen featuring quartz counters, a full-sized refrigerator, a bar sink, and a microwave drawer. It has 2 triple queens/twin-sized bunk beds and 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds. The restoration hardware furniture can be easily moved out of the main room which will open up an area of OVER 1000 SQUARE FEET if you need space for Yoga or a great gathering space where everyone can be in one room.

NOISE RULES: A $1,000 refundable excessive noise deposit is required.

During ALL hours, noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level! This is NOT a party house. Even though the property is on an acre lot, noise carries and we need to be respectful of the neighbors when outside.

Excessive Noise violations are in effect at all hours of the day. The entire deposit will be refunded to the guest following their stay if:

No excessive noise incidents are reported by the properties' neighbor's
No excessive noise violations are issued by the City
For the first noise violation, the guest will be charged $500 from this security deposit. For a second violation, the guest will be charged the remaining $500 and it will result in immediate eviction from the property.

Guests playing and making noise in the pool during the day is fine as well as music that is at a reasonable volume level.

If you feel that your party may have loud and obnoxious guests who like to yell and scream, please do NOT book this property as it will not be tolerated.

POOL: The pool is 3’ deep at each end and 5' in the middle. There are 2 heating features used for heating the pool

Heat pump – Runs during the day (9 am to 5 pm) and will keep the water temperature approximately 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. There is no charge for this but the outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run
Propane Heater – If you would like to heat the pool warmer than what the Heat pump can achieve, then we charge $150 a day for this. We can get the pool temperature to approximately 85 degrees using this option.
PAYMENT TERMS: 50% payment due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We charge an additional $100 per person per night fee for over 19 guests up to a maximum of 24.

For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund less a 5% fee to cover our credit card and software fees. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.

The city of Scottsdale ordinances must be adhered to. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s)
