Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and operate the majority of our homes all located in Scottsdale, so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. Our homes are less than 5 minutes from our office, and because of this, we can literally be at any one of them almost immediately. We have a minimum 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.

This home is in the best part of Scottsdale and is one mile from the 101 freeway and 5 to15 minutes from Spring Training games at Talking Stick (located adjacent to the Casino), Top Golf, Odysea Aquarium largest Aquarium in the southwest), iFLY Phoenix, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, Westworld (Arabian Horse show), many fine-dining restaurants (Mortons, Eddie V's, Mastro's Ocean Club, City Hall, Dominic's Steakhouse, Westin Kierland resort/golf course and many other amazing golf courses in Scottsdale. Only 5 minutes from TPC/Phoenix Waste Management open, as well as the unbelievable nightlife scene in Old Town Scottsdale.
We verify ID and credit card to make sure the name on the reservation is the name of the person checking in, and the person who made the reservation is the one in front of us. We also hold a credit card number for only incidentals, in case of any damages made while staying in this beautiful home.

POOL: Pebble finish dive pool approximately 10' in-depth, with water feature
Heat pump – Runs 24/7 during fall, winter, and spring keeping the pool temperature 85 degrees. During summer months, no heating is necessary and we are unable to guarantee the temperature of the water.
PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise and assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hours, noise and music MUST remain at a reasonable and respectful level. A $2,500 Noise Deposit is required and authorized (not charged) on the guests' credit card 3 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The Travelers credit card is NOT charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
