Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are family-owned and operated with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in the most desirable area of Scottsdale. We live in the area and know our neighborhoods well, and because of this, we can literally be at any property almost immediately should any need arise during your stay. We have a minimum 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays. This is a new property but we have hundreds of 5-star reviews on our other properties and this one is just as nice if not nicer than our others. This luxurious, designer home has all the perks and plenty of room for you to spread out and comfortably sleep 16! It is 6,452 sf that sits on almost an acre and is newly built with 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 1 powder room, an entertainer's kitchen, a butler's kitchen, laundry room, and a backyard with an amazing pool and hot tub. The property features some of the finest finishes you will find in any rental. The living room has high ceilings with gorgeous wood beams and a full view of the backyard, with floor-to-ceiling sliders to create an indoor-outdoor living space. The custom kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and a huge, open island with everything you need to prepare any meal or celebration. Both casual and formal dining areas offer seating while you enjoy your meals. Don't forget to enjoy a beverage at the wet bar with slider windows that open up to the backyard. A family room provides a cozy area with a TV and more space to relax. And, finally, a Butler's kitchen with a 2nd refridgerator/freezer, double ovens, a 3rd dishwasher and storage space galore. It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests. •There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want. •Foil, plastic wrap, plastic baggies and storage containers •Keurig, full-size coffee maker, coffee grinder and tea kettle •Multiple towels (kitchen, bath, pool, and hand towels) are provided for each guest •Bathroom essentials; shampoo, conditioner, body soap, blow dryer, toilet paper •Washer and dryer •Keyless entry NOISE RULES: A $1,000 refundable excessive noise deposit is required and authorized on the guests' credit card 3 days prior to arrival. To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments. For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property. Cancellation Policy: The traveler's credit card is NOT charged until 90 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy. The property can NOT be used as a banquet space or event center.
