Property Description

The main floor of the unit has high vaulted ceilings in the main living room area with a modern furnished decor, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player, free in unit Wi-Fi access and access to the private balcony that offers view of the Winter Park Ski Resort and partial views of the Continental Divide.
Adjacent to the main living area, the dining room is on an elevated level with large wood table and seating for 6 persons. An additional 3 spots are available at the breakfast bar that overlooks the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter top space, new appliances and plenty of cabinets.
The very upper level of the unit has an open loft that overlooks the main living room area below and has a queen bed and one twin bed with access to a full bathroom.
The lower entry level of the unit has the master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom with a bonus amenity including a jetted whirlpool bathtub.
The second bedroom on this level has a double and a twin bed with flat screen TV to keep the kids entertained.
A wonderfully decorated and spacious unit with 2 bedrooms plus loft and 3 bathroom - 3 story unit. Located on the 6th floor of the building, this great family rental will sleep 8 persons in beds and has other items in the unit to help make your stay comfortable included Pack-n-play crib, game table for cards or board games and a sound bar in the main living room for the hearing impaired and free Wi-Fi access. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Common area amenities at the property include: Elevator to access each floor from the underground parking space, 2 indoor hot tubs on the second floor and coin operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor.

Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.
