This home is perfect for multiple families or small groups looking for privacy and a convenient location for their ski trip or summer vacation. Relax in the steam shower and enjoy the dual head rain/steam shower features or sit in the six person hot tub at the end of a day of play in Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. The home floor plan consists of a main level with: kitchen, living room, one master bedroom with king bed and private bath and an office with a queen sleeper sofa. The upper level of the home consists of: one master bedroom with private bath and king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom in hall, plus a loft with sleeper sofa then a third bedroom with two bunked twins, and a twin and trundle. A queen sofa sleeper can be found in the loft upstairs. The lower level of the home consists of: one master bedroom with private bath and king bed.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.

Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.

3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.

16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.

Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.

A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

There is a one time fee of $300 for cleaning.

The home is non smoking and no pets allowed.
