The Leland Creek home is a luxuriously decorated and furnished private five bedroom house with three master suites - the location of the home is in Winter Park. This home is in a private family-friendly neighborhood.
A large heated garage provides plenty of space for covered parking. This home is perfect for multiple families or small groups looking for privacy and a convenient location for their ski trip or summer vacation. Relax in the steam shower and enjoy the dual head rain/steam shower features or sit in the six person hot tub at the end of a day of play in Winter Park and the Fraser Valley. Additional amenities that make this vacation rental extra special are a washer/dryer, large deck with gas grill and patio with fire pit, all perfect for entertaining your family or group during your vacation. NO AIR CONDITIONING
The home floor plan consists of a main level with: kitchen, living room, one master bedroom with king bed and private bath and an office with a queen sleeper sofa. The upper level of the home consists of: one master bedroom with private bath and king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom in hall, plus a loft with sleeper sofa then a third bedroom with two bunked twins, and a twin and trundle. A queen sofa sleeper can be found in the loft upstairs. The lower level of the home consists of: one master bedroom with private bath and king bed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM and are to be strictly observed. Also there is no smoking tobacco, marijuana, or other substances allowed within this home or on the property premises.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
