The main floor of this wonderfully modern town home has high ceilings and encompasses an open floor plan. The main living room has luxurious furnishings, hardwood flooring throughout, gas fireplace with flat screen HDTV and small private deck.
The wonderfully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Additional seating for meals is in the nook tucked next to the fireplace with bench seating.

**IMPORTANT TO KNOW** Please note that for the safety of guests renting this property and to provide easy access to the hot tub, guest will need to be aware that Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may need access to this unit during your stay. The snow removal would be between 10am and 4pm. If WPSM knocks on the door, you may ask for the proper ID and grant them access to the roof.
