Property Description

This creekside two story, top floor condo is great for a year-round getaway to Winter Park. An ideal blend of a serene mountain setting with access to the best that Winter Park has to offer.
The Condo is located on Vasquez Creek, on the free town shuttle route, a close walk to downtown and steps from National Forest access and hiking, biking, snowshoeing and cross-country trails.
The Condo has two main floor bedrooms and one loft bedroom each with a full bathroom. The focal point of this beautiful condo is the main floor living room with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the comfy sofas, watch TV, warm your toes in front of the gas fireplace or relax on the private deck overlooking Vasquez Creek. No air conditioning.
The wonderfully appointed kitchen is adjacent to the living room – great for the cook to interact with the rest of the group while preparing meals. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast bar is great spot for meals or cocktails. Guests can enjoy the deck located off the master bedroom and the living room, the sounds of Vasquez creek, forest views and an overall great spot to relax.
The main floor master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, beautiful travertine tile bathroom with glass door shower and bedroom access to the deck. The second bedroom is a great option for the kids – plenty of beds! It is on the main floor and has a lower queen bed with a double lofted bed and access to the second full bathroom. The third loft bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and has a queen bed, a flat screen TV and full bathroom.
Other amenities include a large front entry main hallway with a mud room area with lots of closet space for storage, a washer and dryer, and covered parking for 1 car.
