Property Description

Pristine views from this top of the peak Colorado home situated in downtown Winter Park in the exclusive newer section of Hideaway Village South neighborhood. This luxurious log home boasts 6 bedrooms, home theatre, pool table room, outdoor hot tub, decks galore to step outside and enjoy the scenery. Three levels of space with 6700 square feet to find your own quiet place or to bring everyone together.

The lower level includes the best means to enter the home via the covered car port and in through the 2-car garage. Passing through the garage places you in the game room with wet bar and pool table. The home theatre includes comfy leather recliners to sink in for a movie. A King bedroom with private full bath, a half bath and the laundry room complete this level.

The main level of the home is discovered by traveling up a staircase to the living room with large fireplace and flat screen TV. Adjacent to this space is the dining room and gourmet kitchen. The breakfast bar with 2 barstools invites conversation with the chef as the family makes a meal. The rich wood dining table provides seating for 8, and 4 chairs surround the smaller kitchen table to help have 14 places to dine. The deck off the kitchen includes a gas grill and patio dining for 4. The main floor master King bedroom with ensuite bath includes a bear claw tub to soak and walk-in shower. Step outside on the deck of the bedroom to view the Continental Divide. There is a bonus sleeping room on this level with 2 twin beds and a half bath in the hallway. The private hot tub is off this level and this deck offers access to the backyard where you can walk the pathway to find that perfect backdrop for your group’s photos.

The top level includes 2 King bedrooms, one with 3/4 private bath, sitting area and deck. The 2nd King room has deck access and 3/4 bath available in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom on this level has 2 full sized beds and deck access. Guests can enjoy the additional lounging area that the loft area provides with sofas and unobstructed views of the Colorado mountains.

This home sits at the end of Timber Circle within a cul-de-sac. There is room for 3 more vehicles in the driveway for a total of 6 cars. A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months to access the road to the home and navigate the driveway. This neighborhood strictly requests observing the town of Winter Park’s ordinance on quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Play and Stay by the rules and you will avoid having an enforcement officer knock on the door.

This unit is short term registered with the town of Winter Park. When you rent within the town limits you agree to the following town rules:
* Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* We have wildlife in Winter Park – leaving trash out overnight is not permitted!
* No overnight parking on ANY Town street from October 1 – May 31, it can impede snowplows.
* Follow all rules when dealing with open flames and make sure to check if there is a fire ban. Find more information on the Town’s website.
