The master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has two (2) Twin beds. And the third den/office is equipped with a convertible bed. The Beach House has a deeded access to the beach across Ponte Vedra Boulevard. You can easily access the ocean to swim or stroll along the beach to breathe in the ocean's air. You can splash around in the pool when you return. Dogs are allowed with fees - see below. Disclaimer: Minimum age to rent the property is 25 years. Note: This property has a 30-day minimum stay requirement. You will receive two (2) parking permits.
