Open design, vaulted ceilings with sun-lit light and enclosed porches are all features of this home! The living room has a Florida theme with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed in the master and twin beds in bedroom 2. The screened patio is beautifully furnished, and offers a view of the second Fairway at Sawgrass Country Club East Course. The living room and master bedroom both have access to the lanai. The beach is only a short distance from the house. Dogs are welcome with a fee - please see below. Disclaimer: The minimum age to rent this property is 25. Please note that Sawgrass Country Club memberships are only available to residents. The membership does exclude guests staying in rental property. We love the newly renovated kitchen/living area. Very nicely decorated and a close walk to the beach. We’d love to rent this unit again but the beds are terrible and badly need to be replaced. After a few nights of sleeping on the sofa, my husband and I finally ordered a mattress topper to just get through the stay. The twin beds in the second bedroom are basically foam mattresses on wooden slats. I hope the owners will consider replacing the mattresses so we can rent this unit again.
