Property Description

There are only six steps between the parking and the front entrance of the upper level. An elevator is also available for those who find it difficult to climb stairs. Three bedrooms are located off the main living area. The primary bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront porches as well as the beach walkover. This bedroom features a designer king-size bed frame and two bathrooms. The second oceanfront room has a queen-sized bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is located on intracoastal and has a queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The balcony offers views of the water and sunsets. The fourth bedroom is a bunk-bed room located on the lower floor of the house. Each bunk bed has two queen-sized beds. The ensuite bathroom features two vanities, shower baths and a powder room. In the main living space, you can choose between a gaming table and a dining room table. The table top is removable and can be used as a Bumper Pool table, or it can be flipped over for a card or poker table. Poker chips are available on site. The Theater Room has a 60-inch TV and four large theater seats to watch your favorite movie or sporting event. A second HDMI cable can be used to connect a computer or iPhone, as well as other gaming devices. The kitchen has 4 bar stools, and a large area for dining with friends. This well-equipped kitchen features a griddle, stove, oven, Keurig and standard coffee machines as well as a blender, hand mixer, bowls, plates, utensils and standard pots. On-site, there are two (2) laundry facilities (one full-size in the garage, and one stack near the kitchen). There is an Ice Machine in the garage. When you arrive, turn it on to make ice.
