Additionally, the property includes a unique outoor playroom for kids, complete with air conditioning and a safe walkway leading to it. JET SKI AND KAYAK RENTAL - This is a private rental directly from the us, and located a block away on the dock of a lakeside property. 2 Jet Skis (Seadoo Sparks), and 2 Kayaks available for daily rentals. Please message us for more details and desired timeline! Will need 24 hour notice on these to guarantee, but will always try within any timeline!

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. Enjoy the spacious backyard, which includes outdoor seating, a grill, a kids' playpen, and open lawn areas.

Note:

There is one locked closet in the hallway for cleaning supplies, which is off-limits to guests.

The shed converted into a kids' playroom is available for use. Please note that the AC unit in the playroom will not be turned on at arrival; guests will need to turn it on if use is desired.

The RV on the property is not included in this listing and will not be rented out separately.

We will be available to assist with anything you need and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy. Access to the unit, check-in & out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience! We are a property management group local in Mansfield with over a decade of property management experience. We will not be in the neighborhood but will be readily available by phone should anything arise. We will supply you with all the contact information you need to get ahold of us, and we have multiple people on staff so you can be served as quickly as possible.

POTENTIAL NOISE DURING DAY throughout Lakeside & Surrounding Areas: It is common during the weekdays and daytime hours that the nearby military base is doing fighter jet trainings above the lake, and will be noticeably loud noise when they go directly overhead. Some think is a cool feature as do we but want to disclose!
