Welcome to the Cozy White Cabin in Broken Bow, OK! From the moment you drive up to the front porch, you will be thrilled with the charm and coziness this large cabin exudes! This cabin can sleep up to 12 (maximum of 10 adults).

Main Living Area Downstairs

Step into this magnificent cabin and be greeted by an expansive space that will instantly captivate you. The soaring ceilings in the living room and throughout the rest of the cabin create an atmosphere of grandeur and freedom. Relax on the plush leather sectional in the living room, perfectly positioned around the fireplace and TV, providing a cozy haven for your group. The floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace, adorned with a mantel and hearth, adds a touch of rustic charm, setting the stage for breathtaking family photos.

Prepare culinary delights and indulge in sweet treats in the fully equipped kitchen, where every need is met. From dishes to pots and pans, utensils to silverware, we have thought of everything for your convenience. The spacious island in the open kitchen becomes a hub of joyful activity, making family meals a delightful group experience. With ample seating at the island and the large kitchen table, everyone in your group can gather together comfortably.

During your extended stay, we understand that laundry may become a necessity. Rest assured, we have anticipated your needs with not just one, but two sets of washers and dryers. Additionally, we provide an iron and ironing board for any clothing that requires a touch-up before your family photos or a special event in Hochatown.

Downstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Discover the allure of 2 king bedrooms on the lower level, each uniquely designed and equipped with comfortable mattresses and linens. The ensuite bathrooms feature double vanities and luxurious walk-in showers, adding an extra touch of indulgence to your stay.

Additionally downstairs is a full guest bathroom, also with its own shower.

Upstairs Living Bunk Area

Unveil the upstairs oasis of this captivating cabin, where another living area awaits to provide ample space for relaxation and connection. The loft room features two inviting leather sofas for lounging and conversation. Discover the charm of twin over full bunk beds nestled within the space while French doors open to a second-level balcony adorned with rocking chairs, inviting you to unwind amidst nature's beauty. Note that the top bunks are designed for small children. With a total capacity of 10 adults (2 in each bedroom and 2 on the bottom bunks) and 2 children on the top bunks, everyone can find their own cozy spot. To add to the excitement, the loft boasts a shuffleboard table and a retro video arcade game console for hours of delightful entertainment and friendly competition.

Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On either side of the upstairs loft area are another 2 king bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms each have their own unique design and are appointed with comfortable mattresses and linens. Both ensuite bathrooms have single vanities with separate makeup vanity counters and walk-in showers.

Location

Our cabin is within 10 minutes from almost every restaurant and the lake (depending on seasonal traffic, of course!), right in the heart of Hochatown. You are vacationing in a rural mountain town, and many of the roads in the development are gravel (but easy to drive) so best to keep that in mind when deciding which car to bring. Please note:

* The upstairs twin bunks (on top) are quite small and will only fit children.
* No smoking or vaping allowed in or on our property.
* No pets are allowed.
* No parties or events are allowed.
For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors
cabin entrance. They are activated 24/7 and record video and sound.
* We do require a $750 security deposit hold that will be held 2 days prior to your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.
* We require a rental agreement to be signed.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!
