Within the Litchfield By The Sea community you will find dining at Webster's Low Country Grill & Tavern, Starbucks, spa treatments at Stox & Co. Salon and Spa, biking paths, areas for fishing & so much more! Litchfield By the Sea is a private gated community located south of Myrtle Beach and North of Pawleys Island.
The unit features three bedrooms, spacious living/dining/kitchen combination and a wonderful screen porch. The first bedroom features a bunk bed (twin sizes) with a flat screen TV and sink vanity. The second bedroom features two full size beds, a flat screen TV and direct access to a shared bathroom. The third bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, large private master bath, and access to screened in porch. The master bath also features a walk in closet, sunken tub, shower and plenty of space. From the master suite you will find a wonderful view of the marsh which is perfect for bird watching or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Additional amenities include wifi, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and much more.
