The downstairs just went under a complete RENOVATION with all new furniture, bedding and a new washer and dryer for the home!
Enjoy a comfortable evening on the screened in porch of this second row cottage located in South Litchfield of Pawleys Island. Boasting 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this house has plenty of room for a wonderful family vacation. Themed bedding in all the rooms gives every guest the calming feeling of being at the beach. Guests can enjoy a fantastic meal in the open floor plan kitchen and dining area. The best feature of this home is the ability to take a cool swim out in the pool in the back yard. The whole family will cherish the memories made here. Located across the street from the Litchfield Inn giving guests access to oceanfront dining.
Bedding include 2 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins, and one daybed with trundle as well as a Pack-N-Play for even the smallest of guests. The pool is a sought after Salt Water system. There is plenty of covered parking for all vehicles. High speed internet is provided for all of your device needs. Air conditioning and heat are also provided with the home.
