The layout of the condo was terrific- so nice to have two nice sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great view from the lanai- we even saw whales from the deck! The location was perfect. A great swimming beach is right outside. We snorkeled and swam with turtles without having to get in the car. Easy access to the rest of the island. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The beach is peaceful. An easy walk to a great bakery. There's a farmer's market also. The unit was clean, well maintained and quiet. This time we rented through Ali'i Resorts. Glad we did. Our two week stay included fresh linen change and a light cleaning of the unit at mid-point. Ali'i was responsive to the questions I had before and during our stay. Sugar Beach is the place to stay in the Kehei area. No crowds. This resort is a good option. We were very pleased with our stay.

Property is nicely located for fantastic views of the ocean, exactly as the pictures on line. Great access to all amenities and nicely maintained property. We were not disappointed in any way and would stay here again.

This is our third trip to Maui and we were very happy with the property here. Check in worked just fine, key codes for the doors and pool and rooftop made it very easy for everyone in our group of eight. The condo worked fine for the eight of us and the walk out at ground level was an added bonus for our group. Beaches are close by condo was clean modern and the all important air-conditioning work just fine :-) I own three condos in Las Vegas and a beach house back in my home state of North Carolina so know the importance of communicating well with guests and making the stay carefree. Good job by the crew here will be back! Thank you.

I simply loved my stay. The unit was bright and spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed, and more than adequate for the daily breakfast and lunch I prepared; if you're making dinners the cabinets have every pot, pan, and kitchen tool you could possibly need. Plenty of lanai- and beach-friendly drinking implements. Daily towel and basic housekeeping service was unexpected, but a lovely treat! Easy walk to the beach and very quiet community in the evenings. The Ali'i management company was very responsive to a minor inquiry that I had midweek, no questions asked they just took care of the issue. Note: this unit is actually a 2 Bed / 2 Bath (1 King, two twin beds). If I return to the island in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here - or in this development - again.
