If you're searching for the perfect location on Anna Maria Island, and you also want a rental unit that is clean and well stocked, look no further. We loved being right across from the beach...gorgeous views from the master bedroom and family room. The screened in porch was a bonus, as well. While you do have to cross the main street on Anna Maria to get to the beach, it is literally just a few steps away, and it's easy to cross. This particular spot on the beach is not crowded, and it's simply beautiful. We watched a pod of dolphins swimming at sunset on our first night. Right next door, you will find the Wicked Cantina, where we enjoyed some delicious margaritas and fish tacos. It is an easy drive to Publix, dining options, little shops, piers, etc. Terry is very easy to work with, highly responsive and has really updated the unit with tasteful furnishings and decor. The master bed is super comfy, and we had plenty of towels, beach towels, beach gear, etc. The pool is also very close to the unit, and it is well kept and the perfect size. I would definitely recommend the Beach Sands unit to anyone wanting a relaxing get away in a great location. Thanks for sharing your condo, Terry!
