Coasting Home is a small local family-owned company, established in 2003. With over 30 years experience in Gualala and The Sea Ranch, California area, we offer professional and reliable service for vacation home guests and homeowners. We are proud of our experience in the local vacation rental market and the property management community. For over 20 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and VRMA (Vacation Rental Managers Association), and we stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
We represent and serve you as locals who know our communities and and are committed to sustaining all that makes this region so amazing. We currently represent over 20 vacation properties and consider ourselves a boutique business. We do not want to grow huge, or fast, so we consider each property very carefully.

Our Property Monitor service is available for unoccupied, non-rental residences. Our residential management portfolio spans from north of Anchor Bay, south along the Gualala area and throughout The Sea Ranch.
Two major criteria drive our decision to sign on a new home: the home needs to be a desirable destination, and able to compete in today's rental market; and we have to feel that we can offer excellent service to the owner, based on the owner's expressed needs.
