Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals is a full-service property management company that was founded in 2016. Our personnel has over 20 years of experience in the vacation rental industry. We are located on Florida’s Gulf Coast and specialize in properties located in Pinellas County Tampa Bay Region.

Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals specializes in short-term vacation rentals and works extremely hard to make the personal service to our clients outstanding so they have a great vacation. In turn, we hope they continue to come back year after year.

We currently manage properties in towns and cities of St Pete, Tierre Verde, Isla Del Sol, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Shores, N Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Palm Harbor, and Safety Harbor in the Pinellas County Tampa Bay area of Florida.

Our team provides support in customer service, reservations, cleaning, maintenance, upgrades, making sure the units have the needed inventory items maintained (Light Bulbs, AC Filters, Etc), accounting, and much more.

We are happy to help the guest with their additional needs such as beach items, baby items, grocery shopping, and special surprises to leave in the unit to make each stay as memorable as possible. We provide suggestions for stores, restaurants, sports activities, theme parks, and other things in the area so they can travel out and see the area or stay in and relax.
