It is located just a couple of steps from the beach, a minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries, and located right on a gorgeous park plaza. The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. The building has been recently renovated and includes a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and rooftop laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away! This unit is located on the top floor (7th floor) and is over 5,000 square feet. It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms plus there is an additional add on bedroom and bathroom if needed. Two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom with two queen size beds. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, purified water, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the wrap around balcony or in the jacuzzi with a gentle breeze enjoying the sights and sounds of Vallarta. The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious, the balcony wraps around the building and has glorious views of the ocean and hillside, Having your own jacuzzi is such a luxury while viewing the bay and just one floor up on the rooftop is the pool. The unit has everything you need to enjoy meals in but PV has such awesome restaurants be sure to enjoy them too!”
