This condo is conveniently located near Victoria's Inner Harbour, a world-renowned attraction. Victoria's premier tourist attractions such as the Parliament Buildings and Royal British Columbia Museum are all within a short distance.
Victoria's harbour ferries or Pickle Boats, as they are known locally, are located in the Inner Harbour. The Inner Harbour also hosts whale watching, sailing tours, and street entertainment. Victoria is home to a vibrant and diverse food scene, where local farms, orchards and vineyards provide the best raw materials and inspiration. You can find a restaurant, pub or bar to suit your taste just a few steps away from the Astoria Building. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy running in Beacon Hill Park or kayaking and paddle boarding on the inner harbour waterway, as well as cycling along the Galloping Goose Trail.
This spacious, modern One Bedroom Suite with Den is furnished with comfort and practicality. It includes local phone, wireless internet, and a generous HDTV cable package on a SmartTV so you can access Netflix. The master bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, beautiful floor-to ceiling windows and plenty of storage. The den has a convenient workspace and a pull-down guest bed.
The Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, plus many more extras. The suite is located NW with views of a landscaped area, Chateau Victoria and Victoria Mariott. It also offers views of the Inner Harbour, Victoria Tool Library, St. Andrew's Church, and Victoria Tool Library.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located within the passage. For a relaxing soak in the deep tub or a refreshing shower, you will find luxurious towels and starter amounts of shampoo and soap.
In order to save you time and help you get started, we provide the following amenities in the first few days after you arrive: paper products, such as toilet paper and paper towels, bags for waste, soaps and shampoos, dish and laundry detergent, salt and black pepper.
Located on 6th floor in the upscale Astoria Building with dedicated underground parking and bike rack. Fully equipped gym and games/meeting rooms with a large pooltable. The Astoria manager is on-site and all entrances have video surveillance, controlled access and are secure.
We are looking forward to welcoming you upon your arrival, and will be available to provide the best service possible throughout your stay. We are passionate about what we do and want to make sure that you have a "home away" experience that is second to none. You only need to bring your suitcase.

You will receive important check-in information via email and text message 7 days prior to arrival. Check-in begins at 4 pm P.S.T.
GARAGE HEADROOM: 6'8" (2.03m) - Check the garage clearance of the building to ensure your vehicle will fit.
Each Astoria unit comes with a bike rack behind its parking space. It can hold two or three bicycles. You will need to provide your own cable and lock. Please inform our representative if you plan to bring bikes. You can also rent bikes during your stay. Many bike rental companies allow you to store your bikes at the end the day, even if they are rented for a week.
Victoria is the vibrant, busy and growing capital city of British Columbia. We are experiencing a housing shortage, just like many other cities in BC, Canada, and probably elsewhere in the world. To deal with this situation, several new buildings are being constructed in downtown and elsewhere. We are aware that there may be some noise during the day, but we are confident that this will not interfere with you enjoying your time in Victoria.
