The floor-to ceiling windows emphasize the beauty of Downtown Victoria, which includes the Inner Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the BC Legislature, The Empress and the city itself.

And thanks to the building’s central location, residents of the Falls are literally only a few steps away from an assortment of boutique shops, fine restaurants, and vibrant nightlife spots.  We like to inform our guests that being in the heart of it all, you should expect some city noises.  We sometimes have people who want to be in the middle of it all, yet want it to be countryside quiet.

Important Notes:

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Please note, construction is on-going on a building site located next to the Falls building. This may result in some inconvenience caused by building noise during normal working hours.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

Unfortunately this building has no availability in the bike room. We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
