On the main floor, the kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and offers all the amenities any traveller would need to host a small group of friends. The galley kitchen is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom and a queen sized bed. The kitchen also opens up into the large dining room with seating for six and leading to the living area. NOTE: It should be noted that the fireplace in the living area has been decommissioned and is&nbsp;not operational.<br />

Off the dining room, you can access the two tier deck and the fully fenced back yard. The garden&nbsp;is a truly tranquil place to hang out and relax after a day enjoying all Victoria has to offer.<br />

In the basement, the house has a full sized washer and dryer with plenty of extra room for storage. Whether you are visiting for a day, a week, a month, or even a year, this is the perfect place to enjoy all the comforts of home in a tranquil, yet central location.<br />
