The galley kitchen is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom and a queen sized bed. The kitchen also opens up into the large dining room with seating for six and leading to the living area. NOTE: It should be noted that the fireplace in the living area has been decommissioned and is not operational.

Off the dining room, you can access the two tier deck and the fully fenced back yard. The garden is a truly tranquil place to hang out and relax after a day enjoying all Victoria has to offer.

In the basement, the house has a full sized washer and dryer with plenty of extra room for storage. Whether you are visiting for a day, a week, a month, or even a year, this is the perfect place to enjoy all the comforts of home in a tranquil, yet central location.

The house also has a one bedroom suite on the north side that is totally separate and has it's own dedicated entrance.
