The Pearl Residences building has a gym as well as a private lounge with kitchen for residents and guests, both located on the main floor of the building. In addition, the building offers secured bicycle parking.
The Pearl Residences is located in Chinatown, Victoria’s historic Old Town. All necessary amenities are just minutes away by foot, cycling or transit. Enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy in arms reach and just minutes away from the downtown core which is home to Victoria’s entertainment hot spots.

The Pearl Residences Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.
An alternative is to rent bicycles while you are here. Many of the bicycle rental companies in Victoria will allow them to be stored at their premises at the end of each day, even if you rent for a week or longer.
