This 2022 newly renovated and tastefully decorated fully furnished studio suite, located in a carriage home on the premises of a primary residence, provides a special and secluded space for short-term stays of at least 30 days, establishing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Please note that there is also an upstairs suite in the carriage home that is permanently rented, so some noise from the upper unit may be heard during your stay.<br />

The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and various amenities to ensure you have everything necessary to whip up your culinary creations!<br />
The suite features a work desk for those who want to work from home as well as a smart TV.<br />
<br />
The suite shares the laundry room with the main home. The laundry room has a separate entrance.<br />
<br />

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.<br />

There is no parking spot assigned to this rental unit. But residential street parking is available.<br />

Business License #00046713 (as per section 18/19 of the Victoria Business Licence Schedule, no business licence is required for renting out two suites or less where the property owner resides on the property, but one was purchased anyway.
