Located in the Victoria Regent, the suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the stunning vistas, providing a luxurious home-away-from-home experience! The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece!

The living area has a large flat screen smart TV and comes with a cozy gas fireplace. The comfortable furniture, spacious feel and cozy ambiance in the living area beckon you to unwind and savour the scenic views.

Dine in style with a table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a cozy meal while soaking in the picturesque surroundings.

Each of the two expansive bedrooms is furnished with King size beds. The ensuite boasts a 4-piece bathroom, while the main bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

The Victoria Regent's central location places it just minutes from the downtown core, allowing easy access to Victoria's various shops, theatres, museums, and dining options for your enjoyment!

Whether you choose to immerse yourself in the best of Victoria or simply unwind while enjoying the breathtaking sunset over the harbour from your patio, the possibilities for relaxation and adventure are limitless at Inner Harbour Seascape!

Important Notes:

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two access cards for access to the parking garage and suite.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6' (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

•    Pets are not permitted.
•    Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
•    Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
•    No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
