The living room features a large wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, complete with a comprehensive cable package and apps like Netflix, allowing you to access your own account. The living area is complemented by a comfortable couch and a cozy electric fireplace.<br />

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and numerous extras, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your next culinary creation!<br />

The bedrooms are spacious, bright, and inviting, each featuring a queen-sized bed, while the shared bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. The main bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV, and each bedroom has stylish venetian blinds installed.<br />

The suite has an expansive 650 Sq.ft. balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill!<br />
<br />
Amenities include an in-suite washer and dryer, high-speed internet access and secure underground parking, with space for bicycle storage in the parking spot.<br />

Conveniently situated just minutes from the lively downtown core of Victoria, Legato Cityscape allows easy access to essential amenities by foot, bike, or public transportation. Residents can enjoy the convenience of having shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby.<br />

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.<br />
<br />
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.<br />
<br />
GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You will be provided with a parking fob for parking garage access and an access fob for the lobby and elevator.<br />
<br />
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.<br />
<br />
PETS ARE WELCOME: This accommodation is pet-friendly. Please inquire with Victoria Prime on the terms and conditions for bringing your pet.<br />
<br />
BICYCLE STORAGE: Bicycles can be stored in the parking spot assigned to the suite. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.<br />
<br />
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours, in particularly when gathering on the large balcony.<br />
<br />
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.<br />

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
