CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.<br />

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.<br />
<br />
GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.<br />
<br />
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6&#39;4&rsquo;&rsquo; (1.90m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.<br />
<br />
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.<br />

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. &nbsp;Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.<br />

QUIET HOURS: The Strata&rsquo;s quiet hours are 10:30pm &ndash; 7:00am. Please respect our neighbours.<br />
