Important Notes:<br />

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.<br />
<br />
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.<br />
<br />
GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with keysets including fobs for access to the parking garage and suite.<br />
<br />
PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings&#39; secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 7&#39; (2.13 m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.<br />
<br />
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please let us know if you are bringing bicycles as we will be able to arrange storage for your bicycles at the building.<br />
<br />
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. &nbsp;Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.<br />
<br />
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.<br />
<br />
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.<br />
<br />
MINIMUM 30-DAY STAY: This primary residence is rented only for a limited time each year with availability from mid-December until the end of April the following year. &nbsp;As it is a primary residence, minimum 30-day stays are permitted under the new Provincial short term rental legislation.<br />

&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.<br />
