Welcome to 22 Aspen! This stunning home located in Sunriver Oregon provides comfort and convenience all around. Aspen is near the Deschutes River and has access to over 35+ miles of paved trails. It has 5 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, with 3,188 sq. ft. The home is located near circle 4 and Fort Rock Park. The main floor has been designed to accommodate big groups. As you enter you will be welcomed with high vaulted ceilings that allows for plenty of natural lighting. The two river rock hearth fireplaces provide a cozy and rustic ambiance. Downstairs, there is a sunken living room, a formal dining room, plus a large open kitchen providing you with everything you need to prep meals and a second dining table. Inside the large family room, there is an 85-inch TV, perfect for movie nights and game days. DVDs are available inside the living room for you to enjoy during your stay! The home has two main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one upstairs with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a desk, and the second downstairs with a king bed. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, with a shared bathroom between them. One has a queen bed and the other includes a set of bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed. The fifth bedroom is upstairs and includes another set of bunk beds along with a pull-out bed.
This home is great for the holidays and even better for summer vacations! Head upstairs and you will have 3 additional bedrooms.
