Let's start with the approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of living space and the over 3,000 sq. ft. of outdoor covered patios, balconies, pool areas, and entertainment space. There is an Oversized Pool with Waterslide, Beach Entry, Sun shelves, Spa, and Gulf Views from many levels, including the Rooftop Deck with wide open Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Key Beach, as well as City Views.
You will immediately notice the Elevator with service to all floors, the Vaulted Ceilings and beautiful interior design. There is also a Great Room which contains the Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas. There are 7 bedrooms and 7.5 baths throughout the home that can comfortably sleep 18 people. The home also offers free Wi-Fi, including in the outside areas. The location is centrally located in Siesta Key Village. You are just a few houses away from the beach and 2 houses away from the entrance of Siesta Key Village. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and other amenities in a matter of minutes. It features covered parking for two vehicles and the driveway can accommodate another two depending on their size.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level includes the Great Room, a large kitchen, dining area with a dining table for 10, bar seating for 5, and a living room with a Smart TV. There is ample seating. This level also has 2 balconies. The front Balcony features tables and chairs and a view of the Gulf from Columbus Drive. The rear balcony overlooks Pool and features Outdoor Seating and Lounging Space. This floor has 3 bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed with 'his' and 'her' walk-in closets. There is also an En-Suite Bathroom with Double Vanities and a large 'wet area' with separate Shower and a free-standing Bathtub. The second and third bedrooms are located on the same level. They each have King beds, Smart TVs, En Suite Bathrooms with Walk in Showers, and three more.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The Club Room features a Wet Bar with 8 Seating, a Living Area with large Smart TV and Gaming Consoles - Nintendo and PS4, as well as Balcony Access with views of Siesta Key Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This floor also has 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6 have King beds, Smart TVs with en suite baths and walk-in showers. Bedroom 7, the final Bedroom, is the Bunk Room. It has 2 Full Over Full Bunk Beds and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

Extended Stays:

You are interested in staying with us for longer than 2 weeks at one our Lido Key Luxury Rental Properties. We are happy to arrange a time and day with you so that we can do a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks. We will be happy to give you a quote and charge an additional cleaning fee. If you would like your towels and linens replaced, please let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and appreciate your cooperation.
