For even more options, it is only 2 miles from Downtown Sarasota. This home is also situated on a private bayou that has access to Sarasota Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. The bayou is a private waterway so bring your boat or use the kayak/paddler provided with this home and launch from your dock to enjoy this private marine sanctuary. The pool area features an Oversized Saltwater Pool with Waterslide and sun shelves for lounging. The outdoor living area is located directly off the pool area. It includes a bar area, BBQ Grill, TV, dining, and a TV. These areas can be seen from the outside, including the Lido Key Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You can also see Downtown Sarasota and the Gulf of Mexico. This home has approximately 4,400 square feet in living space, and 3,000+ square footage of outdoor covered patios, balconies, pool areas, roof top deck and entertainment space.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

The Great Room has a large kitchen, dining area for 10, and bar top seating for 6. There is also a living room with a Smart TV. The large balcony is located directly off the great space and offers ample seating and additional outdoor dining for 8. It also has city views and a pool. This balcony opens onto the roof top deck. This level's front balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf and seating. This floor houses all 6 bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has balcony access, a California King Bed and large walk-in closet. It also features an En-Suite Bathroom. Master Bedroom 2 has a King Bed, a cozy corner with seating and a view of the Gulf, a large walk in closet, and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, En Suite Bath, and balcony access. Bedroom 4 has a King Bed with a view of the Gulf and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 5 has a King Bed with En Suite Bath.
