This 6-Bedroom Lido key vacation home offers a Resort-style pool with a Waterslide and multiple Balconies. It also has a Roof Top Deck that allows for breathtaking views from all levels. The home is located 'on the Beach Block', which gives you immediate access to the beach and is just a short bike ride away from the entertainment district of St. Armand's Circle. This home has approximately 3,330 square foot of living space and 3,000 sq. feet of outdoor covered patios, balconies, pool areas, and entertainment space. This home also offers Elevator Service to ALL Floors. This Lido Key vacation rental has 6 bedrooms and an open floor plan. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have balconies that offer views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach and St. Armand's Circle as well as Downtown Sarasota Views. This home's 2nd-level balcony has access via a spiral staircase that leads to the Roof Top Deck, which offers even better views of these areas. You may forget everything else when you see the pool area at this home. This oasis of paradise has an Oversized Saltwater Pool with Waterslide and Sun shelf for lounging. The outdoor living area is located directly off the pool area. It features plenty of seating, dining, Smart TV, BBQ Grill, as well as ample space for entertaining. This Lido Key vacation house is located on the beach block, just 2 minutes walk from Lido Key Beach. It is also a 4-minute bike ride away or a 10-minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. Floor Plan Description

Ground Level:

You'll find parking for up to four vehicles (with 2 covered spaces) on the Ground Floor. The foyer, outdoor living space and foyer are all located on the Ground Floor. There is also an elevator and staircase to all floors. You will also find many of the home’s amenities such as bikes, beach chairs and beach wagons, cooler, deep freeze, pool refrigerator, and many more.
First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This floor features a large Great Room that includes a fully-stocked Chef's Kitchen, Island, and bar top seating for 6 and 8 (14 total inside), as well as an outdoor patio dining table with seating to 8. The Large Living Room has plenty of seating, including a Queen Sleeper sofa, Smart TV and custom-built-in carpentry. This Floor also contains 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have King Beds with Balcony Access and En Suite Baths. Bedroom 6 (Bunk room) has a Full-Over Full-Sized Built In Bunk Bed with En Suite Bathroom with a bathtub and shower that's perfect for the kids. The Bunk Room also includes a desk and workspace. You will find 2 sets of washer/dryers and a half bathroom for your convenience.
Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level of living allows you to immediately access the 2nd Living Room by exiting the elevator/stairway. This living area features a sofa, a large Smart TV, foosball and bar-top seating. This level also contains 3 King Bedrooms, which include the home's 2 Master Bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed and a large Master Bath with a double vanity, walk in shower, freestanding bathtub, and access to the rear balcony that leads up to the roof deck. Master Bedroom 2 is identical in size, with a King-sized bed, large walk-in bathtub, and access to the front balcony. Bedroom 5 is the final bedroom on the level. It features a King-sized bed and an En-suite bathroom.

Extended Stays:

You are interested in staying with us for longer than 2 weeks at one our Lido Key Luxury Rental Properties. We are happy to arrange a time and day with you so that we can do a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks. We will be happy to give you a quote and charge an additional cleaning fee. If you would like your towels and linens replaced, please let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and appreciate your cooperation.
