This 2-story elevated Lido Key vacation home has Elevator Service to ALL Floors. It has open-plan living spaces inside and out, 6 bedrooms, and all have ensuite bathrooms. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have access to the balcony, which offers beautiful views. Your 2nd-level balcony has access via a spiral staircase up to a Roof Top Deck, which offers even better views. The amazing view from this home's pool area may be all you need to have a perfect vacation. This gorgeous tropical oasis is a pool patio that features an Oversized Saltwater Pool with Waterslide and sun shelves for lounging. The outdoor living area is located directly off the pool area. It has plenty of seating, dining, TV, BBQ Grill, as well as other amenities. This Lido Key vacation house is located on the beach block, just 2 minutes walk from Lido Key Beach. It is also a 4-minute bike ride away or a 10-minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. This home is easily accessible by foot or bike. This home sleeps 16 and features free Wi-Fi and free parking. Also, there is a Bunk Room with a Full-Over Full-Sized Built In Bunk Bed and an En Suite Bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The Bunk Room also includes a desk and workspace. The Bunk room also has a half bathroom and 2 washer and dryers. This area has a sofa, a Large Smart TV and foosball table. You'll find 3 King Bedrooms with Balcony Access and En-Suite Bathrooms on this level. One of those bedrooms is the main Master Bedroom. It has a large Master Bath with a Walk in Shower and a free-standing tub. This floor also features a large deck and access to the Roof Top Deck. This exclusive service is included in your reservation. It's designed to make your stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We are happy to coordinate a time and day with you so that we can do a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks. We will be happy to give you a quote and charge an additional cleaning fee.
