This level has parking for up 5 vehicles, with 2 covered and 3 driveway spaces. Here you will find the pool area, mini-golf, pingpong, barbecue, beach equipment, bikes, and main foyer with elevator and stairs to the 2 living levels above.
The First Living Level (2nd Floor):

This level features a Club room with amazing amenities, balcony access, as well as Gulf views. This floor also has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, TV and Balcony Access with Gulf Views. It also features a large walk in closet and an oversized master bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each have a King bed, TV, their/her closets and access to the rear balcony with city views and pool. This level also has a half-bath and washer/dryer.
Second Living Level (3rd Floor)

This is the Main Great Room with Gulf Views. This room has a large kitchen, dining area with a table for 12, an island bar top table for 8, and Balcony Dining. It also features a comfortable living room. This level's Balcony has great views of the Gulf and access to the Roof Top Deck via a spiral staircase. This floor has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 2 (Bedroom 4), features a King Bed, TV with Balcony Access with Gulf Views and 2 closets. It also has an oversized bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a California King bed, TV and an En Suite Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 has a custom Full over King Bunk Bed, and an En Suite Bathroom that includes a combination shower/bathtub combination. This level also has a half-bath and washer/dryer.

Extended Stays:

You are interested in staying with us for longer than 2 weeks at one our Lido Key Luxury Rental Properties. We are happy to arrange a time and day with you so that we can do a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks. We will be happy to give you a quote and charge an additional cleaning fee. If you would like your towels and linens replaced, please let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and appreciate your cooperation.
