Floor Plan Description:

Ground Level:

Parking for up to 5 vehicles: 3 covered spaces, and 2 uncovered spots in the driveway depending on vehicle sizes. The Pool Area has covered seating, a dry bar, a large smart TV, a gas BBQ and sand. It also has the main entry foyer, with an elevator and stairs leading to the 2 living levels above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level includes the great room of the home, which includes a kitchen with bar seating for 7, a dining area with seating to accommodate 8, and a large living room with a TV and plenty of seating. The main balcony is located on this level, directly off the great-room. It offers direct Gulf and beach views as well as overlooks the swimming pool. The dining table can seat six people. This floor has 2 bedrooms, a study and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious en-suite with double vanities and a separate shower. It also includes a free-standing tub. The second bedroom is located on this level and has a king-sized bed, smart TV, an en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in rain shower, and a balcony with peaking Gulf views. This floor also has a 1/2 bath and laundry room.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The club room has a wet-bar, additional dining area for 6, a large smart TV with gaming consoles – Nintendo and PS4, and a balcony with direct Gulf and beach views. Seating for 6 is available on the balcony. This floor also has 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4, both with king beds, smart TVs and en suite bathrooms, have walk-in showers. The bunk room is located in Bedroom 5. It has full-over-full bunk beds. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. On this floor, you will also find a shared half bath and laundry room.
