Floor Plan Description: Ground level: Includes covered parking for two vehicles, plus driveway parking to accommodate another four vehicles. The pool area, covered terrace with dry bar, dining for 23, BBQ, sports simulation, putt-putt course, darts, and ping-pong are also included. Also, the foyer and main entrance with access to the main living space is located above. The Second Floor: This floor features a large living room, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people with bar seating for 6 and a dining room with a table for 10. This great room includes a dedicated work space, as well as a Butler's Pantry with a wine fridge and separate bar sink. This level also includes 2 balconies - the front balcony offers rocking chairs that overlook large, beautiful oaks that provide plenty shade, and the rear balcony has a second dining area for up to eight people and additional lounging room that overlooks the lake and pool. This floor has all 6 bedrooms and bathrooms, including the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an oversized bathroom with double vanities and a large "wet room" with separate shower, free-standing tub, and a water closet.
