It also provides access to a spacious oceanside covered porch. Linger here and relish the soothing sounds of waves breaking on the shore or step down to your private beach walk and stroll to your own sun deck and/or South Beach. Back inside, this level also houses four spacious Queen suites, each furnished with two Queens and each housing its own full bath ensuite and access to its own private porch.

Sandbagger’s additional amenities include internet, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, grill and infant accommodations. There are no bicycles at this property but they can be rented through rental companies on the island.

Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM. 

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.

Paddle boards, surfing boards, bicycles, bicycle accessories for children, beach chairs and umbrellas, and kayaks can be rented on the island at local businesses.

The Bald Head Island Club has a fitness center, pool/water park, tennis, golf, croquet and dining. Temporary memberships are available for separate purchase if your rental home has a Bald Head Island Club membership attached.

The Shoals Club has a fitness room, pool, dining, private beach access with chairs and umbrellas available. Temporary memberships are available for separate purchase if your rental home has a Shoals Club membership attached.

The Bald Head Island Conservancy has summer camps, turtle nesting programs, guided kayak tours, island nature tours, birding tours, fishing school, and environmental/nature activities for adults and children.

The Old Baldy Foundation provides Island historic tours; climb Old Baldy Lighthouse, visit the museum.
