The home's rich, dark walnut floors are the first thing you notice upon entering Belvedere and they hint of all the magnificent touches this gem has in store for you. The first level of this reverse floor-plan opens into a gathering/entertainment area. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen. Off this hub are three bedrooms-each spotlighting ocean views. A Queen Suite features a sitting area, large flat screen, desk for jotting postcards (while relishing the view) and a private ensuite bath. Another Queen bedroom and a Twin bedroom share a convenient nearby hall full bath. In addition, the laundry room is on this floor as well as access to this level's screened porch. Upstairs, you'll delight in the bright, spacious and open sitting area, dining room and kitchen. Relax and renew while enjoying stunning views of South Beach or gather the family for conversation or a movie on the big screen while snuggling on the comfy sofas and chairs. Nearby you can dine in the tastefully-appointed dining room, complete with an elegant chandelier. The table easily accommodates eight. If alfresco meals are your preference, don't forget there's a dining set in the screened porch on this floor! Both of these options present spectacular seascapes ensuring pleasant mealtimes. For more informal munching, sit at the extra-large granite island. The island is also great for prepping culinary masterpieces and is just part of this high-end chef's dream-kitchen (which comes fully stocked with cookware/dishware and is equipped with stainless appliances and custom European-style, frameless cabinets). Also on this level is a gorgeous King Owner's Suite. You'll love the soaring vaulted ceilings that highlight the awesome views seen from the windows. The ensuite bath spoils with a custom-tiled shower and his/hers dual sinks. Be sure to check out the widow's walk on this property's top floor. Its panoramas are breathtaking (and this third floor renders yet another location at this retreat to de-stress, catch some rays-or a nap-and just breathe in Bald Head's serenity).
