If you’re looking for sun, this level’s outdoor living space also includes a bright conversation zone with a sectional sofa and lounges-perfect for tanning and fun. Inside this reverse-floor-plan you’ll find a large open central hall boasting warm, planked hardwoods and elegant wainscoting. Upstairs, the open floor plan is topped by a beamed tri-vaulted ceiling and showcases spectacular panoramas on each end. To the East, the ocean shimmers through a wall of glass. Relish it inside from the comfortable great room gathering space, accentuated by crafted built-ins or step out onto the top front porch and revel in the breaking waves’ lullabies. The Old Baldy Foundation provides Island historic tours; climb Old Baldy Lighthouse, visit the museum.
