As you enter the hexagonal open floor plan you are awed by expansive water perspectives on three sides. The generous dining area is flanked by glass-allowing you to savor waterscapes with your meals. However, if alfresco is your fancy, step out onto the broad back deck and munch while reveling in breezes off the water. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen also serves up gorgeous views and bestows plenty of quartz counter space, a farm sink, Thermador stainless appliances and a breakfast bar accommodating four. The adjacent living area is anchored by an oversize sectional and offers plenty of seating for conversation, movie-watching or game-playing. Several halls extend from this great room. The first leads to an ample sundeck overlooking the pool. Catch some rays above the pool’s fray, yet stay close enough to slip down for a quick dip. Beyond this deck entrance, a sunny, shiplapped King suite provides water scenes on one side and access to the pool deck on the other.
