The spacious kitchen features an ample pantry, plenty of counter prep room and a breakfast bar. You can enjoy munching here or nearby in the bright dining area which is highlighted by a Capiz shell chandelier and sided by sliding doors opening onto a covered porch overlooking the BHI's Maritime Forest. This is a terrific spot for bird watching or just enjoying Island breezes. Adjacent to the dining area is the home's comfortable living space. It is flooded with natural light from its side windows and its wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the house-length screened porch. Look no farther as to where you'll enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise and/or linger in the evening while appreciating vistas that stretch all the way to the mainland. This property's bedrooms are located off a quiet back hall. The first is furnished with two Twins and the second provides both a Double and a Twin. They share a full bath (with tub) which is just across from their doors. At the end of the hall, the generous Queen Primary suite not only boasts its own private ensuite bath but also tenders private access to the Maritime Forest porch. The Timbercreek community, in which this condo is located, maintains a private saltwater pool for its homeowners and their guests, as well as a Bald Head Creek boardwalk and a private dock from which you can fish, crab, or launch your kayak, canoe or SUP.
